All artwork can be scaled up or down by your printer.

  • 1x Invitation card | Portrait or landscape | Front & Back | 18cm x 12.5cm
  • 1x Details card | Portrait or landscape | Front & Back | 18cm x 12.5cm
  • 1x RSVP card | Portrait or landscape | Front & Back | 10cm x 15cm
  • Name places | 9cm x 8cm (to be folded in half - front area for name will be 7cm x 8cm)
  • Table number cards | 14.5cm diameter.
  • Order of service | 29.7cm x 42cm (A3)
  • Welcome notice | 29.7cm x 42cm (A3)
  • Menu card | 9.5cm x 26.5cm (Length can be adjusted according to the size of your menu)
  • Thank you cards | 15cm x 10 (folded)
  • Headed note card | 15cm x 10 (single side)
  • Seating chart | 42cm x 59.4cm (A2) - can be made bigger if necessary, please specify size

Timeline

  1. You will purchase the product, and provide all the information you want written on the card(s).
  2. We will send your set of custom colour illustrations within 10 working days of purchase for approval.
  3. You will send any feedback and changes at this stage within 7 days (includes one set of changes at this stage).
  4. Once illustrations are approved, we will create your custom wedding stationery and send it for approval within 7 days.
  5. You will check all information, spelling, and grammar on all of the assets, and provide any feedback within 7 days of receiving.
  6. We will make 1 round of changes pending your feedback — so please double (and triple!) check that all of the text is correct.
  7. We will send you the print-ready set 7 days after receiving feedback. Files are high-resolution PDFs so you can get them printed.


*** All details not provided at initial purchase eg. table names, menu cards, seating charts etc. must be sent once the information is available, all together, we will work on these within 2 weeks.

  • Amendments

    Each stationery set purchased includes one round of amendments at the final layout and details stage. Additional rounds of changes can be purchased for an extra £25. Feedback must be given within 7 days of the delivery. If not, we will send you the final files.

  • Printing

    Artwork is delivered as a digital download. We do not offer printing services. Files are provided which can be printed at home or by a third-party printer. Please note that colours may appear different when printed than on your screen, depending on your display, printer and choice of paper.

  • Approval

    Please check all artwork carefully before final approval. We are not responsible for any errors in design, spelling, punctuation or information once stationery has been approved. We recommend reviewing files at print scale, to ensure you are happy with the sizing of individual details.

  • Copyright

    Artwork downloads are not for distribution or resale. All rights remain the property of Original Source and Supply Pvt Ltd. Purchases of the Custom Illustration Stationery Set do not include the release of source files. We reserve the right to use stationery artwork for promotional purposes on our website and social media. We will change names and venue details upon request.
