Shipping policy

Shipping can take between 1 - 3 weeks. We will share a tracking number with you from the office so you can track your parcel. Please note that at times, tracking is not available.

Sri Lanka post can sometimes be delayed, please be patient.

We offer a courier service, guaranteed to arrive in 9-10 days and fully trackable.

We offer an exchange-only policy and request that you pay the postage.

If a package has been indicated as delivered we do not take responsibility for losses or damages. We cannot give refunds. This is the responsibility of the postal company. We operate (DDU). This term indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
